Glen Burnie, Md.–On a night in which only five bouts, four of them scheduled four rounders, were contested due to a last minute cancellation, boxing fans in Glen Burnie still left the Michael’s Eighth Avenue Ballroom feeling that they received good value for their entertainment dollar. The reason for this was the perception that three of the contestants, Henry “Sugar Poo” Buchanan, and the Brothers Dirrell, Andre and Anthony, appeared to be cut from championship timber. The fact that all three were fighting in the super middleweight division may potentially add spice to the equation.
