According to ESPN, The wife of former two division world champion and boxing favorite Arturo Gatti has been detained for the murder of her husband.
Amanda Gatti was detained by Brazilian authorities after inconsistances in her stories to police.
Reports said that Gatti may have been stangled as there was blood stains on Amanda’s purse. Apparently, the strangulation marks on Gatti’s neck match up to Amanda’s purse and Brazilian authorities are now announcing that they plan to charge her with premeditated murder.
