The 11-bout lineup for World Series of Fighting’s first-ever Canadian fight card is complete with the addition of four new preliminary bouts, including middleweights David “Showtime” Perron (5-2) vs. Matt “The Riotmaker” Baker (9-4), welterweights Ryan Chiappe (10-8) vs. Marcus “Ossoduro” Vinicius (9-7), lightweights Dan Ring (5-1-1) vs. Myles “The Cowboy” Merola (10-7) and middleweights Micah “Mitey” Brakefield (3-1) vs. Brendan Kornberger (3-0).

All four bouts take place on the preliminary card of “World Series of Fighting 7: Karakhanyan vs. Palmer,” which streams live on www.wsof.com starting at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT on Dec. 7 at PNE Agrodome in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The night’s main card airs on NBCSN at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT following prelims.

Tickets for World Series of Fighting 7, which start at just $29, are available at TicketLeader.ca.

WSOF President Ray Sefo said of the event, “The team at World Series of Fighting Canada has done an incredible job of filling our preliminary card with top Canadian prospects who will look to make an impression on a global audience and perhaps find their way to a future World Series of Fighting main card. This should be a great night of fights.”

Perron, of Vancouver, British Columbia, is a high-paced competitor who has yet to fight to a decision in the first seven bouts of his career. Four of his five career wins came in the very first round. He meets Baker, a Team Nogueira fighter who hails from Kamloops, British Columbia. Eight of Baker’s nine career wins have come by way of stoppage.

Chiappe, of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been fighting professionally since 2006. All 10 of his career wins have come by way of stoppage, including eight by way of knockout. He faces capoeira master Vinicius, a transplanted Brazilian and son of the famed Mestre Barrao who now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ring, a “Dynamic MMA” prospect out of Vancouver, British Columbia, had a five-fight win streak snapped in his last outing and looks to start a new streak in front of his home crowd. Meanwhile, Merola, also of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been fighting professionally since 2004. He recently took a three-year break from competition but returned in November 2012 with a decision win over Tristan Connelly.

Brakefield, of Burnaby, British Columbia has earned all of his victories by way of submission. He meets the undefeated Kornberger of Vancouver, British Columbia, who boasts two of his first three career wins by way of first-round TKO.
