MUHEEB FAZELDIN FEELING “GREAT” AHEAD OF D’ERLANGER REMATCH ON THE KID GALAHAD UNDERCARD SEPTEMBER 14TH
London (6 September) Muheeb Fazeldin feels he is in “the best shape” of his career ahead of his rematch with gym mate Leo D’Erlanger at the Magna Centre, Rotherham, on the Kid Galahad undercard, Saturday 14th September.
The 20-year-old bantamweight is eager and ready to give his “best” performance.
“I’m buzzing, it’s such a good show to be on, it will be such a good atmosphere and I’m loving it,” Muheeb said.
“This time in the rematch it’s going to be a win for me, guaranteed, absolutely.
“I didn’t feel myself last time but this time it’s at my weight, I’m feeling comfortable and I’m a different animal this time – my speed, accuracy and power will be too much.”
In the last contest, the Ingle Gym trained pair met at Glow, Bluewater on the James DeGale MBE bill in June, where after four hard fought rounds the fight was announced as a draw.
Now, Muheeb is ready to prove beyond doubt he is the better fighter.
“There are no hard feelings, but I need the win so I can move on to bigger and better things – I want to bring more titles to the Ingle Gym,” Muheeb said.
“For this fight I’ve done the best training – I’ve been dieting properly, drinking lots of water – training twice a day with Dominic (Ingle).
“Doing runs, sprints, hill running, treadmill and even a bit of weights, so I feel in really good shape – fitness wise I’m in the best shape of my career and all my fans can expect a flashy performance.
“Out of all my fights so far, this is going to be my best one.”
Muheeb fights on the Kid Galahad vs Jazza Dickens undercard at the Magna Centre on Saturday 14th September.
The Hennessy Sports show also features the hot middleweight prospect Chris Eubank Jr and young heavyweight star Hughie Lewis Fury.
