Figueroa, Leonardo Headline Boxing Insider’s Return to Tropicana Atlantic City on November 13

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — Boxing Insider Promotions brings live professional boxing back to the Tropicana Showroom on Friday, November 13, for the final boxing show of the year in Atlantic City. The card features a lineup of local and regional favorites.

The Holy Spirit graduate won the Junior NABF super welterweight title at the Tropicana last November and has stopped 11 of his 14 opponents.

John “Body Shot” Leonardo (13-1-1, 6 KOs) of Manalapan Township faces Bayamon, Puerto Rico’s Kevin “El Gallo” Nunez (6-4, 3 KOs) over eight rounds at 122 pounds. Leonardo, trained by his father Donald, is coming off a thrilling March decision over Edgar Joe Cortes.

Iman Lee (15-0-1, 8 KOs) of Yonkers, the reigning NABF super featherweight champion and a WBC Grand Prix veteran, makes his Atlantic City debut.

Pleasantville’s Julio “Julez” Sanchez III (5-1, 3 KOs), one of the series’ biggest local favorites, returns in what his coaches call his biggest step up yet.

The Bronx’s Jahanzeb Rizwan (3-0, 2 KOs), a former Pakistani Olympic qualifier, returns after drawing a huge crowd to the Tropicana in June.
