Split-T Management Signs Amateur Standout Adrian Salazar

NEW YORK (December 15, 2025)–Split-T Management has signed amateur standout Adrian Salazar to an exclusive management contract.

Salazar of Tyler, Texas was a 2022 USA Boxing National champion and 2023 National Golden Gloves champion. His amateur career spanned over 50 bouts and was a three-time Texas State Golden Gloves champion.

“I chose to sign with Split-T Management and David McWater because they have a proven track record of developing elite fighters and guiding them from the amateur level to the top of the sport,” said Salazar. “David understands boxing at every level—from the amateurs to world championships—and he knows how to move fighters the right way. I wanted a team that believes in my potential, matches my ambition, and can put me in the best position to succeed. Split-T has that reputation, and I’m confident they can take my career to the next level.”

Salazar continued: “My style is a blend of IQ, pressure, and precision. I’m aggressive when I need to be, but I stay smart behind my jab and use angles to control the pace. I like to break opponents down with sharp combinations, stay defensively responsible, and show that I can adapt to any style in front of me. I’m a well-rounded fighter with a champion’s mindset.”

David McWater, founder and CEO of Split-T Management stated: “Adrian has a style and maturity that is much wiser than most 22 year old young men. He has the tools and, more importantly, desire and work ethic necessary to become a world champion. I have no doubt that a championship belt will one day be strapped around his waist.”

The hard hitting lefty is eager to get his career going towards that goal and will make his professional debut at the start of 2026.

“Fans can expect an explosive, high-energy fight every time I step into the ring. I’m a powerful southpaw who presses the action, breaks opponents down, and looks for clean, damaging shots. I bring excitement—smart pressure, sharp counters, and the kind of power that can change a fight at any moment. When I’m in there, I’m coming to dominate and give fans a performance they’ll remember.”

“Hats off to ‘Pitbull,’” said Roach. “He’s a great champion himself. I gave the fans a great fight. Back to the drawing board.”

“All I want is a fair shake,” said Roach. “I think I should have won a close victory. All I want is a fair shake. That’s it…I don’t know what I got to do. I don’t accept this at all. I clearly thought I won a close fight. I’m tired of this.”

“I did my job,” said Cruz. “I did my work. The ref was on his side. The judges too. The crowd in San Antonio saw I won this fight…Absolutely I’d do a rematch. With a different referee who is not on his side. The referee took this fight from me.”

“I spend all my time at the gym, so I had no problem being ready for this fight,” said Gonzalez. There are no excuses, but I did feel that Lara didn’t come to fight me the way he said he would.

“I felt a little uncomfortable in the first few rounds,” said Gonzalez. “The first knockdown was a punch and a slip. The second was a clean shot from Lara.”

“I showed the world that I’m 42-years-old and I’m still at the top of my game,” said Lara. “I can compete with the best. I don’t care at all about Janibek and I don’t wanna talk about him anymore.”

“I was just being myself,” said Ramos. “I’m not gonna lie, it was tough. I actually had a right hand injury the last three weeks of camp. We didn’t spar for the last four weeks. So it was tough to get my timing. I would catch a rhythm and lose it. I faced a lot of obstacles but I told my family there was no way I was leaving San Antonio without a belt.”

“It was a hell of a fight,” said Mosley. “Thanks to Ramos and everyone who made this fight happen. He was the man tonight. I’ll be back and be better.”

“He never hurt me but he did surprise me,” said Ramos. “I never felt rocked, but I was surprised. He hit me with shots I wasn’t expecting. But I never felt like my legs weren’t there.”

“In those last few rounds I just kept remembering the Erickson Lubin fight,” said Ramos. “I kept getting flashbacks and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. I kept pushing and pushing. I was in a dark place in that 10th round. I was tired, but I knew it would be worth it when the final bell rang.

“I want Carlos Adames. He’s the full champion. I don’t want the interim belt, I want the champion.”

I felt better than my two fights before this. It took me a little time to warm up and get going but, then I saw the shot we’ve been working on. That’s why I took my chance and landed it.

“I feel like I got slept on. I took one loss. It’s a new era. I’m here and I’m back. No disrespect to any of the main event fighters, but I’ll fight any of them next.”

Jeter Promotions Kacey Wheeler Back in Action on November 22

HANOVER, MD. (November 12,2025)–Recent Jeter Promotions signee Kacey Wheeler will be back in Action on Saturday, November 22nd at The Hall at Live! Casino Hotel Maryland.

The undefeated knockout artist from Fairfax, Virginia is 3-0 with all wins coming via knockout.

“I think Kacie will become the first world champion for Jeter Promotions and we are happy to have her signed with us,” Tony Jeter of Jeter Promotions.

The 29-year-old was a division-1 track star as she ran track at William & Mary and held school records for the 400 meters and the four-by-400 relay.

The competitive Wheeler then started training in boxing out of spite for an ex-boyfriend,

“I had no idea what to do after college. My boyfriend broke up with me and then the Pandemic hit. His sister used to braid my hair like I would see some of the women fighters, and then I saw an ad for round card girls on Barstool,” said Wheeler.

“They have this series called Rough-and-Rowdy, so I won the round card girl contest while competing in the fights. I fought eight-times in that and I had five amateur fights.”

“I have an athletic background and I am a strength and conditioning coach for professional athletes.

Wheeler, who is promoted by Jeter Promotions, signed a managerial contract with the top female boxing manager Brian Cohen of Split-T Management.

“Something about Brian is genuine and authentic and it is important that he has managed a lot of female fighters and he gave me the confidence to sign with Jeter Promotions.”

“Signing with Jeter is a great fit as I will be fighting close to home and I know he will help me with securing the big opportunities.”

Wheeler turned pro November 2, 2024 with a second round stoppage over Sarah Cunningham,. Wheeler followed that up with consecutive first round stoppages over Natali Fagan (1-0) and her most recent outing when she took out Shamiah Jones on September 20th in Fort Washington, Maryland.
