Manuel Avila won a 10-round unanimous decision over Erik Ruiz in a Featherweight bout at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles.
Aviila, 122 1/2 lbs of Fairfield, CA won by scores of 100-90 on all cards and is now 17-0. Ruiz, 123 lbs of Oxnard, CA is now 13-3.
Diego De La Hoya remained undefeated with a 8-round unanimous decision over Ramiro Robles in a Featherweight bout.
De La Hoya, 123 1/2 lbs of Mexicali, MX won by scores of 80-72 on all cards and is now 10-0. Robles, 122 1/2 lbs of Mexico is now 12-3-1.
De La Hoya landed 274-773 punches while Robles was 94-566.
Oscar Negrete won a technical decision after his bout with former world title challenger Luis Maldonado was called during the 5th frame of their scheduled 6-round Super Bantamweight bout.
Negrete won by scores of 50-46, 50-45 and 50-45 and is now 9-0. Maldonado is now 36-15-1.
