The $100 Million lawsuit that Top Rank has against manager Al Haymon will go on as a court decided not to throw out the case according to Dan Rafael of espn.com.

“The Court concludes that the issues raised by the Haymon Defendants with respect to Top Rank’s federal antitrust claims are more appropriately resolved on a motion for summary judgment,” Judge John F. Walter wrote.

“I’m delighted with the ruling, but I don’t want to discuss it any further,” Top Rank’s Bob Arum told ESPN.com.
