Later in the round, Thompson landed a hard right that drove Hilili into the ropes and it was a ruled the ropes kept him up and ruled a knockdown. Hilili came back to land a huge left hook that sent Thompson down and completely out and the fight was immediately waved off at 2:59 of round two.
