Los Angeles, CA (August 27, 2015) Tonight, Thursday, August 27, standout super featherweight prospect “Bekman” Soylybaev, 5-0 (3KO’s) prepares to shine in a six round clash against Mexican veteran Jose Luis “Tapita” Araiza, 31-13-1 (22KO’s) at the The Hangar at the Orange County Fair and Events Center in Costa Mesa, California.
This past week the native of Almaty, Kazakhstan, finished training under the guidance of the renowned Eric Brown at the Wild Card West Boxing Gym in Santa Monica, California.
“It’s been a great camp and I’m very well prepared for this fight,” said “Bekman”. This is my third fight in the United States and I’m very comfortable fighting and training here.”
“Training with Eric is perfect for me, he has a wealth of experience, much more than my previous trainers. He’s teaching me so many things, I’m truly growing here as a fighter and it’s a much more focused camp. The sparring here is also much better.”
“Also, here in the United States I have a strength and conditioning coach and I’m eating much healthier and these changes have made me a stronger fighter.”
In regards to his fighting style, “Bekman” stated, “I use the first round to scout his style and look for weaknesses. When the second round starts I’m ready to attack.”
